The Legal Information System is a complete digital platform designed to support the creation, management, and publication of legislation and official acts. It provides institutions and authorized users with tools to enter documents, enrich them with metadata, manage versions, and generate consolidated texts, ensuring that legal information remains accurate, traceable, and easy to maintain.

Integrated reporting and advanced search capabilities allow users to efficiently navigate large volumes of legal data and monitor the full lifecycle of documents.

Workflows

Built around roles, replacing an IBM FileNet solution users had outgrown.

The system replaces a previous IBM FileNet-based solution, addressing user feedback for a more intuitive and tailored interface. It is structured around role-based workflows, supporting tasks such as drafting, validation, classification, approval, and final publication.

Users can upload and update documents, track revisions, assign reference numbers, and generate reports, all within a unified interface that ensures every step of the legislative process is transparent, auditable, and manageable.
